Terms of Use
In force from 9 October 2026. The rules for using this site, without the legalese.
Whose site is this?
Cheap Private Jet Flights is run by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. Browsing these pages or sending a request means you accept the terms below; if something is unclear, ask through the quote form.
Are you an airline?
No. Cheap Private Jet Flights is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
How reliable are the prices shown here?
They are guides. Hourly ranges, planner results, route examples and article figures are estimates built from typical market numbers, not offers, and a real flight can cost more or less.
When is a quote binding?
Only once you and the operating carrier have signed a charter agreement. Before you commit, we tell you which carrier will operate the flight. Until that point, aircraft and crew availability stays subject to the operator's confirmation.
What about taxes and fees?
Each quote spells them out: on domestic US flights that means the federal excise tax and segment fees, and on international trips the relevant foreign taxes and charges. Costs that depend on the day, de-icing for example, are explained up front.
What if plans change?
Your charter agreement sets the rules for changes, cancellations and refunds. Empty legs and seats on shared flights depend on someone else's trip, so the operator may move or cancel them if that trip changes.
What are you responsible for?
We arrange flights; operators, airports and other third parties carry out their own parts and answer for them. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for their acts or omissions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law does not allow a limit, none is claimed.
