In force from 9 October 2026. Short answers to the questions people actually ask about their data.
Who receives my quote request?
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Cheap Private Jet Flights. When this page says "we", it means that broker.
What do you keep from the form?
Your name, email address and phone number; the trip itself (airports, dates, passenger count and whatever you write in the notes); and two pieces of context: the page that referred you and any campaign tags on the link you followed. Nothing beyond that is gathered here.
What is it used for?
First, to reply with options and prices. Second, if you go ahead, to arrange the flight and look after you on the day. Third, and only when you have ticked the offers box, to email the occasional empty-leg or fare offer, which you can stop at any point.
Does anyone else see it?
The air carrier that would operate your flight sees what it needs to quote and fly the trip, as do the companies that keep our email and website running. Selling personal information is something we do not do, to anyone, ever.
How long is it kept?
As long as the trip and its paperwork need it, plus whatever period tax, accounting and legal rules require. After that the record is deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you.
Can I see, fix or erase it?
Yes, all three. Just reply to any email you receive from us, or send a note through the quote form, and say what you would like done.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
No analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. If a cookie is ever set, it is one the site strictly needs in order to function.
What about children?
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly take information from anyone under 16; a parent or guardian books any trip a minor will take.
Will this policy change?
Possibly. Any new version will appear on this page, with its own date at the top.
